1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) regulate the operation of the online store managed by VIWASI d.o.o., Gallusova ulica 17, 3240 Šmarje pri Jelšah, Slovenia (hereinafter: “Provider”), registration number 9576215000, tax number SI 87469367.

The Provider’s online store enables the purchase of various products manufactured by the company itself. All terms and business rules are governed by these Terms, which form an integral part of every contract concluded between the Provider and the Buyer.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms, agree with them, and fully accept them. If the Buyer does not agree with the Terms, the Provider advises against using the online store.

The Provider reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time without prior notice, with the changes taking effect from the moment they are published on the website.

2. AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION

The Provider commits to always providing the Buyer with the following information:

  • Company details, including official name, address, registration number, tax number, contact details, and other important information.
  • A precise description of the products available in the online store, including materials, technical specifications, and other details.
  • Information on product availability.
  • Delivery terms, including estimated delivery times and costs.
  • All prices, clearly expressed in euros (EUR), including all applicable taxes.
  • Available payment methods.
  • The Buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for exercising this right.
  • Procedures for submitting complaints, dispute resolution, and other claims.

3. ORDERING AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION

Orders are placed exclusively through the Provider’s online store. The Buyer selects the desired products and adds them to the cart. By clicking the “Complete Purchase” button, the order is confirmed, and the contract is concluded when the Buyer receives a confirmation email.

The Provider reserves the right to reject an order if:

  • There is suspicion of online store abuse,
  • The product is out of stock,
  • Payment cannot be processed.

 

If an order is rejected, the Buyer will be notified via email.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and may change without prior notice.

The Provider offers the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
  • PayPal,
  • Bank transfer.

5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIMES

The Provider delivers products worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated before the order is completed.


Estimated delivery times:

  • Slovenia: 2-5 business days,
  • EU: 5-10 business days,
  • Worldwide: 7-20 business days.


The Provider is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs procedures.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is covered by the Buyer.

7. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

The Buyer has the right to file a complaint in case of:

  • A damaged product upon delivery,
  • Incorrectly delivered product,
  • A material defect in the product.


Complaints must be submitted within 8 days of receiving the goods, along with supporting evidence.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

For orders outside the EU, additional charges (customs duties, taxes) may apply, which must be covered by the Buyer. The Provider is not responsible for potential customs delays.

9. DATA PROTECTION

The Provider protects the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable laws. The data is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without the Buyer’s consent.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Provider is not responsible for:

  • Errors in product descriptions,
  • Delays or non-delivery due to force majeure,
  • Incorrect information entered by the Buyer.

11. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The Provider complies with consumer protection laws. Complaints can be submitted via the Provider’s email address. In case of disputes, the Provider strives for an amicable resolution. The competent court is in Celje, Slovenia.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

These Terms come into effect on the date of publication on the website. The Provider reserves the right to modify the Terms without prior notice.
